Most people arrive tired, off a flight or the road from Agadir. We do nothing with that first evening but eat. Lalla Khadija started dinner before you came; we show you the room, the courtyard, where the hot water is, and we leave you be.
The first dinner is always the same — a soup, bread, whatever there was. You eat late, at the common table, with whoever is already there. No one asks for your itinerary, because there isn't one.
saturday is the only full day.
It's market day in Tiznit, forty minutes away. Part of the house goes in the morning and comes back with the vegetables, the spices, the week's fish. Those who stay surf at eight, or walk to the lighthouse and return for lunch.
Saturday's lunch is the meal you talk about. It lasts as long as it lasts. After, nothing organised happens: the beach, a nap, bread from the communal oven. In the evening, dinner is at eight, as always.
sunday doesn't feel like a departure.
We leave you alone. You re-read, you go back down to the beach, you buy bread on the way. Monday morning, we drive you where you need to go, early, with a coffee before the road. Nothing is rushed until then.
Three nights is short — enough to know, not enough to settle in. That's exactly the point. We wrote this format for the people who hesitate; most leave having already chosen next year's week.
The three-night stay begins on a Friday evening and ends on a Monday morning. Four dinners and two breakfasts included. The Saturday market in Tiznit is included, as are drinks and service. No fixed itinerary.
